Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is collaborative, active, and nonjudgmental. I believe that we are a team working together with a common objective – helping you feel better.
I don’t work from one specific theoretical model (such as CBT or Psychodynamic), but instead I pick and choose the most helpful tools from a variety of models based on our conversations and your needs to help you achieve your goals quickly and confidently. I use a lot of mindfulness in my sessions. I do not believe in the one size fits all model and so every session is specifically tailored to you. I value transparency and constantly encourage open and direct feedback from my clients.
